Erica Norman has over five years of experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist. She earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Speech-Language Pathology from Calvin University. Erica has worked in preschool and outpatient clinical settings with children ages 1–18 and specializes in supporting autistic children, language disorders, stuttering, apraxia of speech, and articulation disorders. She brings a neurodiversity-affirming, flexible, and play-based approach to therapy and is excited to contribute to PlayThinks’ collaborative model of care.
