Fun for all ages
Campers (ages 5-9): These are our “campers” having all the fun!
Counselors in Training (ages 10-13): Our older boys have the opportunity to guide their younger peers in our activities, while they work on goals for social/emotional and behavioral challenges and develop their communication and leadership skills.
Counselors (ages 14-17): Regarded as young adults, these counselors play a pivotal role at PlayThinks Summer Camp. Despite their youth, they exhibit a commendable level of maturity and intellect, bridging the gap between program adults, campers, and counselors in training.
Many of these young adults have navigated their own unique challenges, offering a valuable perspective and empathy born from personal experience. Drawing from their own journeys, they serve as mentors to the younger campers, providing guidance and understanding in a way that only someone who has walked a similar path can offer. For those who haven't encountered similar challenges, the camp program provides a meaningful opportunity to develop understanding and compassion for others’ needs. These young adult counselors, with their shared experiences, serve as inspiring role models, fostering a supportive environment where every camper can thrive and grow.

Join us for a dynamic summer enrichment experience designed to support children ages 5 and up on their unique learning journeys. At PlayThinks Summer Camp, our whole-child approach blends hands-on exploration with endless fun. From our room-sized sandbox—fondly known as "the beach"—to the excitement of our inflatable bouncy house, every activity is thoughtfully designed to spark imagination, build confidence, and encourage connection.
Campers enjoy caring for our lovable animals, where they learn empathy and responsibility, and cool off with water play that brings laughter, joy, and sensory delight.
Through games, creative projects, and interactive experiences, children grow socially, emotionally, and physically—at their own pace, in their own way. With 1:1 support in a group setting, every camper receives the guidance they need to thrive. At PlayThinks, we celebrate each child’s individuality while helping them create a summer full of discovery, growth, and unforgettable memories.
PlayThinks' experienced professionals make all the difference
Our team of experienced professionals, including speech and language pathologists, occupational therapists, and social workers, collaborates closely to ensure each child's needs are met. In addition to incorporating Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Feuerstein Instrumental Enrichment, our program utilizes a multidisciplinary approach to foster holistic development for each level of our participants. All of our activities provide 1:1 support in a group setting.
